ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE
In 2024/25, E4S continued to structure its services to align with the growing needs and challenges of supporting young people and unemployed within our communities.
As an approved employability support provider for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), we ensure that our deliverables continue to meet the standards and expected outcomes for our stakeholders; partners and participants.
-
Hybrid activities: We introduced more hybrid activities to engage a wider audience and more effectively reach people within harder-to-reach communities.
-
Online and in-person support: This year, over 20,000 individuals from diverse backgrounds have benefited from our transformational resources online or participated in our hybrid learning activities. We received very positive feedback reports from programme participants and their families - 99% agreed that their confidence to progress increased considerably after attending the programmes and knowing they can access support to continue progressing is highly encouraging for them.
-
We continue to expand our activities and programmes to increase flexibility, extending our reach to support a broader range of youth institutions and unemployed groups such as educational institutions and Job Centres.

-
We collaborated with faith groups, youth institutions, businesses, local Councils and community groups to expand our community reach, recruit more mentors and foster stronger support for our beneficiaries.
-
We retained a physical space to allow for in-person / face-to-face mentoring activities and the use of digital resources for those who do not have access to computers, and most importantly, to foster community cohesion and camaraderie for participants that prefer to attend group or in person sessions.
In- person / Face 2 face mentoring.
- We attended Job fairs to recruit service users and mentors, while also fostering collaborations with employers to support our groups in transitioning into work activities.

Conclusion
As a charity, we will continue to expand our reach and successfully explore new avenues to support our beneficiaries. Much emphasis remains on supporting people to adjust mentally and emotionally to stem the growing surge of anti-social activities within our communities - We utilize Emotional Intelligence (EI) tools and techniques to combat mental stress and enhance emotional well-being which supports productivity.
The CIO partnered with other charities that offer wellbeing support to the communities (such as local faith ministries and well-being community groups), this ensures we are not only building a stronger economy but safer communities.
We extend our profound gratitude to our funders, partners and dedicated mentors. The charity’s main funders include Milton Keynes Community Foundation and National Lottery Community funds. Other sponsors and support groups include MK Local Council, MK Tabernacle, Google and Microsoft (Non-profit support), including a few private donors. We look forward to your continued support as we work together to build stronger safer communities.
