The objectives of the CIO are :- 

(1) **To advance in life and relieve needs of young people through** : (a) The provision of recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life. - 1) Continue to offer services as Sports and Health Volunteers to local youth groups. 

- 2) Provided support and guidance to local youth clubs and groups on Healthy Lifestyles and Actions 

Please note that all the above services were provided free of charge and supported by Volunteers who have a sports or youth work background.
