cats and kittens that came into our care
or different reasons, mainly stray
unwanted and abandoned.
We are still partnered with Café meow in
Blackpool who raise awareness of the
plight of the unwanted cat population,
and the cats we provide are viewed by
the visitors to the café and can apply to
rehome for us whist they are living in
the café.
We also sometimes trap and neuter and
release feral cats to reduce the stray cat
population.

1 Statutory information

TENDERPAWS CAT RESCUE is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 1189581. The registered office is 202-204 Lytham Road, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY1 6UE, England.

2 Average number of employees

During the year the average number of employees was 0 (2023: 0).

For the year ending 4 April 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 04/04/2024.
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
(“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
