The Club was registered with the Charity Commission on 18[th] May 2020. 

Registration Number 1189526 

Due to delays because of the Covid-19 restrictions and the National Lockdowns, it was not possible for the Club Members to meet to formally adopt its CIO Constitution until 19[th] July 2021. 

For this reason, there were no items of income or expenditure in the financial period 18[th] May 2020 to 30[th] June 2021.  There are therefore no accounts or TAR for this period. 

A full set of accounts/TAR will be prepared for the financial year 2021-22 (i.e. to 30[th] June 2022) and these will be presented to the Charity Commission with the charity’s Annual Return before 30[th] April 2023.
