The objects of the Charity are to raise funds and to appty capital and Incoff
thereof to or for the relief of the poor arKJ needy or suth other charitable purposes
as th8 Club shall in duly constituted meetiThJ from time to time direct.
The Trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission
on public benefrts.
Achl•vements and Perforniance
During the period of this report the Charity has not been able to achieve any of it's
objeclives partly due to the impact of the COVNJ emergency but also delay in
opening a bank account.
Flnanclal Revlew
At the end of the period to which this report relates the Charrty had no monies
standing to it's credit due to the delay and drfficuty in opening it's bank account.
However. the Charity had received assurances of donations of not less than £5000
so sc>on as Ihe bank account was opened.
Structure Governance and Management
The Ch8rrty's governing document Is rts constitution as a CharitabFe Incorporated
Organisation.
Trustees are elected from anN)ngst members of the Wetherby aThJ District Rotary
Club ("the Club-)
