Para 1.20 | The charity gave a grant to Mill Road Winter Fair, a community led annual event attracting over 10,000 people, run by volunteers. Through its grant, it enabled the community elements (Parade, buskers, free flm show) to be expanded this year. The charity gave a grant to Mill Road Fringe to support provision of a series of free-of-charge arts and cultural events year round in the Mill Road area – a ‘summer shindig’ with live music, a poetry evening and a film evening.. The charity gave a grant to Cambridge Muslim Trust to purchase a snooker table for its youth club. The charity funded workshops run by the Edge Café which supports people suffering from addictions. |
