To support the education of primary school children in central Witney, Oxfordshire, through financial support of specific projects and activities to enhance the Batt School, Witney and its associated schools. The activities of the trust will not replace or overlap the statutory obligations of the local authority or the Multi Academy Trust in relation to these schools.
Objects: Upon Trust To Permit The Said Premises To Be Used By The Direction Of The Schools Trustees For A Church Of England Senior Public Elementary School And As A Residence For Any One Or More Of The Teachers In The Said School Or Otherwise In Connection With The Said School.at Such Times As The Said Premises Or Any Part Thereof Shall Not Be In Actual Use For The Purposes Of The Said Church Of England Senior Public Elementary School The Same May Be Used By The Direction Of The Schools Trustees For Any Of The Following Purposes (That Is To Say)a.as A Class-Room Meeting Room Or Lecture Room For Confirmation Or Communicants Classes Or For Other Religious Instructions Or For Secular Instructionb.as A Place Of Meeting For Church Lads Brigades Boys Scouts Or Girl Guides Or For Mothers' Meetings Or Any Clubs Or Club Of The Labouring Manufacturing Or Other Poorer Classes Being Members Of The Church Of Englandc.as A Mission Or Parish Hall Or Place Of Meeting For The Promotion In Any Manner Of The Work Of The Church Of England.
