Our solicitor has told CH.C the old number will cease when all our sites registered with Land Registry, espec. at Mem Woodlands (MW) and funds logged with COI. (Alan to prompt Solic). ## **2.0 Covid and Teharim** No longer prohibition on teharim. Sam trying to get teams together with October training at our new dedicated room in Harris' Staple Hill. Anyway all preps to be done there regardless of which cemetery used, paying Haris for extra transportation to MW.. ## **3.0 Fishponds toilet** All working with holding tank, with basin waste diverted. ## **4.0 Land registry** Registration of Fishponds and Barton Vale still awaited. (Alan to pursue). ## **5.0 Empty plots, Fishponds** Illogical use of plots over decades! Alan checked site against the 1997 catalog of burials (Tobias, Levy etc). At least 25 plots are still usable.! Accounts 2022 to be checked 31.12.. ## **7.0 Summers** New management caused problems for Pauline Glynne, Stephen Silverman and David Moore. Alan spoke to new local managers to improve, as we only suggest, not recommend, their use. ## **8.0 Funerals this year** Sam Silverman, Richard Tuchman both at Fishponds. ## **9.0 Taking over of Chair** Still in limbo, All three looked around Fishponds and MW sites to better understand matters. Sam and Alan have also met.
