Achievements and Performance
| SORP reference | ||
|---|---|---|
| Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole. |
Para 1.20 | The main achievements were the continued provision of the church activities, meetings and services, designed to introduce people to the Christian gospel, and having established their faith, to help them grow in their understanding and effectiveness of their Christian lives. In addition we aim to practically demonstrate the love of God through our outreach to homeless and vulnerable adults in our community, and also to local schools. One major event during this period was a large public event for the community, based around football for young people, with performances and contributions from high profile Christian personalities and musicians. This was designed to be a blessing to our community, and to introduce people to the work of our church and the message of the Christian gospel. The CV20 programme is a network encouraging prayer for the nation and draws together Christian leaders from a number of different churches and organisations. As well as facilitating prayer it is a support network aimed at strengthening and encouraging those in Christian ministry. Members of the network donate from time to time through the year and small gifts are given at the discretion of LLUK leaders to member sof the network. |

Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that disclosed below *) which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
