The charity has a foundation structure. The Manpin Foundation aims to collect donations and redistribute these funds to small charities. As well as financial support, the Manpin foundation aims to help small charities with operational advice, drawing upon skills acquired by the trustees in the private sector. 

For the financial year end January 2021 the Manpin Foundation had two main achievements. Firstly, it was created. Secondly, it identified its first partner, the Da’aro Youth Club. The Manpin foundation agreed to 12 monthly donations of £375 for Da’aro which allowed Da’aro to employ its first paid member of staff. Having their first paid member of staff allowed the organisation to expand and enhance the great work they do. 

The financial year end January 2021 was a strong learning curve for the Manpin Foundation. The trustees met with several small charities gained experience in the charity sector. Other partners have been found for the financial year end January 2022.
