To relieve sickness and financial hardship and to promote and preserve good health by the provision of funds, goods or services of any kind. Including through the provision of counselling and support in such parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the trustees from time to time may think fit. Passion Church is committed to holding regular daily bible studies, prayer meetings, Sunday worship services in different areas, visits to sick people in hospital, continuous weekly training and discipleship classes and distribution of goods and services to the public in the form of relief goods, counselling, Etc. Before appointment as a trustee of the Passion Church the new prospective trustee is made aware and agrees to follow all of the rules and guidelines as set and issued by the Charity Commission with regard to public benefit. ## **Achievements and performance** The charity continues to perform well and achieved its goals of providing religious and pastoral care with the supply of goods, services and counselling within the UK and the Philippines. ## **Financial Review** The charity achieved a surplus in the year and is well established to carry on its works in its fields. It is governed by the constitution and by laws of the Passion Church and new trustees are elected by the other trustees. The charity is managed by regular meetings of the trustees and by agreement to the goods and services provided. We report in respect of our examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out our examination, we have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. ## **Independent examiners statement** We have completed our examination. We confirm that no material matters have come to our attention in connection with the examination which gives us cause to believe that in, any material respect: - accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or - the accounts do not accord with the accounting records We have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
