## **Objects and Activities** 

To advance the Christian religion for the benefit of the public in accordance with Jesus Christ. To relieve sickness and financial hardship and to promote and p health by the provision of funds, goods or services of any kind. Including through th counselling and support in such parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the time to time may think fit. 

Passion Church is committed to holding regular daily bible studies, prayer meet worship services in different areas, visits to sick people in hospital, continuous w and discipleship classes and distribution of goods and services to the public in the goods, counselling, Etc. 

Before appointment as a trustee of the Passion Church the new prospective tru aware and agrees to follow all of the rules and guidelines as set and issued b Commission with regard to public benefit. 

## **Achievements and performance** 

The charity continues to perform well and achieved its goals of providing religious care with the supply of goods, services and counselling within the UK and the Philip 

## **Financial Review** 

The charity achieved a surplus in the year and is well established to carry on it fields. It has sufficient reserves to continue to carry on for the foreseeable future.

The Charity was formed by the trust deed as an unincorporated association. 

It is governed by the constitution and by laws of the Passion Church and new elected by the other trustees. 

The charity is managed by regular meetings of the trustees and by agreement to t services provided.

## **Independent examiner's report on the accounts to the trustees and members of Passion of God For All Church - United Kingdom** 

We report to the trustees on our examination of the above charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 31 March 2023 which are set out on pages 4 to 6 . 

## **Respective and basis of report** 

As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

We report in respect of our examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out our examination, we have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

## **Independent examiners statement** 

We have completed our examination. We confirm that no material matters have come to our attention in connection with the examination which gives us cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or 

- the accounts do not accord with the accounting records 

We have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
