To help th8 praservation and protection of good physlcal and mental health and wellbelng among women durlng pregnancy and durlng the post-natal period. Ihe charlty aims to provide infonnation and advic8 designed to ensur6 that women are confident and supported to make well Infomed choices which will result In positiv8 health (xrtcomes for themselves and their babies. Pr8gnant In West London runs free antenatal and poslnatal blrthlng classes coverlng subjects includlng labour, blrth nutritlon, mental health, first aid, pain relief and comSng home with baby. Appllcants join one round at a tlme with each round consistlng of eight weekly sessSons that cover all the topics mentioned above, All our speakers ar8 reglstered professionals in th8ir own field. W8 alm to contlnue these much-needed classes In West London. as we have an ever-growing demand, from constant r8ferra18 by the NHS midwives, NHS GPS and social workers, who all highly recommend us. We curr8ntly run all our sesslons In a hybrld format {Zoom and in p8rson according to the class). Our sessions are all fijnded by the grants and donatlons that the trustees work hard to achieve throughout the year. Rlsk Managomant The Trustees actively review the risk.
