**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO, WHICH ARE TO BE CARRIED OUT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN WEST LONDON, ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE SUBJECTS OF PREGNANCY, LABOUR AND DELIVERY, BREASTFEEDING AND NEONATAL CARE. 2) THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING AMONG WOMEN DURING PREGNANCY AND DURING THE POST NATAL PERIOD BY PROVIDING INFORMATION AND ADVICE DESIGNED TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE CONFIDENT AND SUPPORTED TO MAKE WELL INFORMED CHOICES WHICH WILL RESULT IN POSITIVE HEALTH OUTCOMES FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR BABIES.
