DURING THE YEAR, THE CHARITY STRUGGLED TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT DUE TO BANKS BEING STRICT IN OPENING CHARITY ACCOUNTS. DURING THE YEAR, THE TRUSTEES GAVE A DONATION FROM THEMSELVES OF £300 WHICH WAS SPENT IN INDIA TO SUPPORT POOR PEOPLE WITH HARDSHIP GRANTS. THIS HAS BENEFITTED 30 PEOPLE DURING THE PERIOD. THE TRUSTEES HAVE HAD DUE REGARD TO THE GUIDANCE ISSUED BY THE CHARITY COMMISSION ON PUBLIC BENEFIT AND ARE SATISFIED THAT THEY DELIVER PUBLIC BENEFIT.
