THE TRUSTEES HAVE HAD DUE REGARD TO THE GUIDANCE ISSUED BY THE CHARITY COMMISSION ON PUBLIC BENEFIT AND ARE SATISFIED THAT THEY WILL DELIVER PUBLIC BENEFIT WITH FUTURE PROJECTS.
