Aims
Our aim is to continue to grow and work in our community as we have done this year. We aim to have further impact on our surrounding area and local lives by spreading the good news of Jesus.
Activities
Family Church continues every Sunday at 10am. We have a Sunday School for our younger children and a youth group where our teenagers meet and study together. We have areas for these groups with various toys, games and equipment available for each young person.
Breaking of Bread continues to be the 4th Sunday of each month at 11am.
Every Thursday during term time we have Coffee And Cake at 10am. This is an informal time where people can drop in anytime throughout the morning for a drink and a chat.
Every Friday at 10am we have “All In This Together” this is a dementia cafe where friends and family of people with dementia can enjoy each other’s company and relax with drinks and snack throughout the morning. There are also various activities taking place and different sorts of entertainment each week.
Future Plans
Each month we have a different planned activity for members of our church, as well as some for us to invite friends and family to also. We have coach trips, quiz nights, BBQ days, picnics and many other activities for people to enjoy. We have a link to the local care home and enjoy a close relationship with both the residents and carers alike.
Finances
Total receipts: £20,902.05.
This money was used for the rental of our building and outreach programmes run by our church. We continue to work both within our church and our local community to further make the Gospel known.
