The charty conslrtution was created on 17 February 2020 and was regtstered wf<h the Charity
CommissKJn as a CIO on 5 May 2020.
Appointment of Trustees
There must be a minimum of 3 Trustees at all times. New Trustees are appointed for a lem of 3 years
and are selected having regard to the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the effective
administration of the Charity. Trustees are eligible for reappointment for a maximum of 3 ￿nSecutive
lelms and may be reappointed for a fourth term after an interval of at least one year.

Oblo¢tive$ and activities
Charitable Objects
To advance the Christian Tel￿10n in the United Kingdom for the benefrt of the public through the
holding of prayer meetings, lectures, conferences and the public Celebration of religiou5 festivals,
producing andlor distributing literature on Chrislianily and the airangement of spiritual and educational
tours lo enlighten people about the Jewish roots of the Christian faith.
To contribute towards a better society in the United Kingdom by promoting social cohesion and better
understanding between the Christian and Jewish communities and to contribute to the spiritual and
moral education of children and young adults by a comprehensive Holocaust Education Programrne.
To support humanitarian projects in all sectors of society in Israel, including the relief of povety.
education and assisting those fleeing hardship and religious persecution to emigrate lo Israel.

A¢hievèmènts and perfomiance
Summary of Activities:
The Charity Trustees, Regional Teams and 5UPPOrters have contributed lo and initiated many
activities throughout the year, both online and in person.
One of the most signrficanl was the Dedication of the Lincoln Jewsh Memorial Stone at the
International Bomber Command Centre in Lincoln. Several of the Trustees were involved wrfth the
planning and implementation of the memorial over many months alongside the Jewish communty in
Lincoln and a local quary owner. Many local dignrtaries. Jewish and Christian leaders and military
personnel attended the event. and the Stone will be a lasting memorial lo the historic Jews of Lincoln
and the Jew5 of Bomber Command who lost their lives in WW11.
In July the Charity partneTed with Glasgow Friends of Israel lo bring the Christsan and Jewish
communf(ies together for a joint event, including music and a hostage famity member a$ keynote
speaker, alongside local leaders and dignitaries.
Following the terror attack in Israel on 0711012023, the Subs￿Uent war, and rising anlisemitism, the
ICEJ UK Charity has continued to sland in solidarity with Israel and the Jewish Community of the UK.
The trustees have joined many vigils, rallies 8nd prayer gatherings lo call lor the release of hostages,
lo pray for pea￿, and stand against rising anli-semitism. Events have taken place in London,
Manchester, LNerpool, Oxford, Leeds, Cambridge, Belfast, Edinburgh.
Addrtionally, several Trustees and team members have accepted invrtalions from the Israeli Embassy
and other Jewish organisations to attend Commemorations, Celebration events and inter<ommunal
gatherings.
A daily prayer initiative began after 7110 bringing together many Christian leaders from around the
wortd. ICEJ UK has been represented every day by our UK prayer co-ordinators. Iruslees and other
members ofthe UK team.
In February 2025 Jonathan Croft look a delegation of Church Leaders lo the ICEJ Pastors, & Leaders.
Envision Confeience.
It was a valuable opportunty to visit Israel, deepen farth and biblical
understanding, meet key leaders in Israel and come back equipped lo lead their churches and support
the ministry of the Charity going fo￿ard.
Biblical teaching has been given throughout the year during conferences. via webinars and our
YouTube channel.
In addition lo the global daily prayer. UK prayer meetings have been held in-person and on zoom
throughout the year with trustees, volunlgers and supporters participating.
The Charity has continued to reach out to the UK church by holding regional cOnferen￿S acr05S
England. Scotland and Northern Ireland. Each event included international and lo¢al speakers and
the ICEJ UK Charity team and musicians. Additionally. the speakers were invited lo smaller church
gatherings and nefvlorking events.
The Charity Injslees and volunteers have also been invited guests and contrsbuled lo many in-person
and online church gatherings during the year.
The team of volunteer rfjgional representatives has benefited from monthly zoom team meetings and

a team retrea in January 2025.
The Charity has continued lo develop relations with the Jewish community, supporting rallies and
Vlgils where appropriate and attending Holocaust Memorial Day events in Liverpool and al the Israeli
Embassy in London.
The trustees have found that the TV programme on Revelation TV and the monthly webinar have
helped raise the profile of the Charity. The variety of contributors and guests, both Chiistian and
Jewish have discussed a diverse number ol lopi¢s and have contributed to a deeper understanding of
the Christian faith for the vieweTS.
Communication throughout the year has been enabled by digital techrtology, with our social media
plalfoms gathering new supporters and greater engagement.
Maintaining the services of a medi8 management Consultant has improved our online presence and
enabled teaching and information to reach a wider audienee on YouTube.
We have continued lo work with our trusted partner ICEJ Aid which supports many humanitarian
projects in every sector of Israeli society. UK donats'ons have funded many projects including..
The Charity continues lo respond to the ongoing crisis in Ukraine and send funds to help
Ukrainian Jews escape the war.
Funds have been sent to bring Ethiopian Jews to Israel to avoid persecution a5 drought and
conflict continues lo make life dangerou5 for Jews in transrt camps in Gondar.
Funds have been sent to support the assisted living facilrties for Holocaust SuNivors in Haifa.
The Charty was able to purchase another bomb sheher to be placed in a high-risk area near the
border.
The Charity continued to support the ICEJ AID 'lsrael in Crisis. fund. These projects are
numerous and this year included." supporting trauma recovery. counselling and therapy, and rebuilding
projects in communities that were destroyed i.e. a youth centre and a music therapy cenlre.
Addrtionally. we have been able to contribute to chikdren's homes and a refuge in Tel Aviv which
provides food, support, and a safe space for women in crisis, and other humani(arian projects that
cover every sector of Isfaeli society.

Financlal revlew
The financial result of the period under review shows a deficst of £55.163 which is in line with the
expectations ofthe Trustees.
The reserves as at 31 July 2025 were as follows-. General unrestricted fvnds £167,523 and restricted
funds £1.799.
Resepios Policy
The trustees have set the reserves polry which amounts to the charity holding 3 months operating
costs in reserve lo cover operating costs, funding for emergencies andlor unique opportunrties.
Public Benefrt
Throughout this fsnancial year the Trustees have endeavoured to conduct the Charity with integrty and
diligence making all decisions having due regard to the Commission's public benefit guidance.

Plans for future periods
During the next financial year, the Charity will continue to hold conferences and events around
the UK and host webinars and prayer meetings online.
Special events to commemorate the 2nd anniversary of 7th October.
The UK lour to the Feast of Tabernacles Celebration in Jerusalem- October 2025.
Biblical Tour of Israel- November 2025.
The Trustees will continue to engage with the Jewish Community and seek ways lo support joint
initiatives around the country.
We will continue to work with Revelation TV to produce the monthty TV programme Jerusalem
Dispatch.
The Charity will continue to be represented during the da1￿ global prayer gatherings of
liktrminded groups and individuals.
The Charity will consider new avenues lo promote the Yad Vashem Holocaust educational
exhibf(ions. These excellent educational tools remain free of charge and available in physical and
digital formats to schools. colleges. libraries. churches and community groups.
We will continue to be proactive on social media and add more content to the YouTube Channel.
The Iruslees are committed to developing the UK team w((h several new members added and
another team retreat planned for February 2026.
The Trustees will continue to find ways to engage wi(h younger generations to encourage greater
support for the work of the charity-

As the Iruslees of the charity you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in
accordance with the requirements of the Charitie5 Act 20111'lhe A¢t'}.
I report in respect of my examination of the Charty's financial statements carried out under section 145
of the 2011 Act and in Carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given
by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the Ad.

I have completed my examination. I confimi that no material mallers have come lo my attention in
connection with the examination giving me Cause lo believe that in any material respect..
accounting records were not kept in respect of the charty as required by section 130 of the
Ad., or

the financial statements do not compty wrth the applicable Tequiremenls concerning the

The charity is a public benefit entity and a registered charity in England and Wales and is
unincorporated. The address of the principal Offi￿ is 31 Crank Road, Billinge, Wigan, WNS 7DT.
Statement of compliance
These financial slalemenls have been prepared in compliance with FRS 102, The Financial
Reporting Stsndard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland., the Slalemenl of
Recommended Practice aPpI￿able lo charities preparing their accounts in a¢¢ordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard appli¢able in the UK and Republic of Ireland {FRS 102) Icharities
SORP IFRS 10211 and the Charities Act 2011.

Basis of preparatlon
The financial statements have been prepared on the historical cost basis, as modffied by the
revaluation of certain financial assets and liabilities and investment properties measured at fair
value through income or expenditure.
The financkql slalemenls are prepared in sterling. which is the functional currency ol the entty.
Going concern
There are no material uncertainties about the charty's abilty lo conlinue.
Judgamonts and key sources of estimation uncertainty
The preparation of the financial slalemenls requires management to make judgements,
eslimales and assumptions that affect the amounts reported. These eslimales and judgements
are continually reviewed and are based on experience and other factors, including expectations
of future events that are believed to be reasonable under the circumstances.
Fund accounting
Unreslfi¢ted funds are available for use al the discretion of the Iruslees lo further any of the
charity's purposes.
Designated funds are unrestricted funds earmarked by the trustees for particular future project or
commitment.
Restricted funds are subjected to restrictions on their expenditu￿ declar￿ by the donor or
through the lems of an appeal, and fall into one of two sub-classes". restricted income funds or
endowment funds.

No remuneration or other benefits from employment with the charty were retsved by the
trustees. Howevef, I trustee received a salary of £19,339 and 1 trustee received £17,262 for
services provided to International Chrtstian Embassy Jerusalem {United Kingdom) Limited,
company registration number 06655025.
Expenses are reimbursed to Iruslees for reasonable costs property incurred.
