The director, Norman Brennan, has continued to work on
a voluntary basis, engaging Wlth other liktrminded groups
and offering and giving help and support.
The Covid-19 pandemic and the personal circumstan￿$
of the charity's director and Trustees has greatly affected
the chaiity's fundraising activities, along with the financial
pressures pla￿d on society generally due to cost-of-living
crisis.

(a) Every charity trustee must be a natural person.
(b) No individual may be appointed as a ¢haiity trustee of

(c) No one is enlÈtled to act as a charity trustee whether on
appointment or on any re-appointment until he or she has
expressly acknowledged, in whatever way the charity
trustees decide, his or her ac￿PtanCe of the office of
charity trustee.
(d) At least one ofthe trustees of the CIO must be 18
years of age or over. If there is no trustee aged at least 18
years, the remaining trustees may only act to call
meeting ofthe charity trustees, or appoint a new charity
trustee.
