and offering and giving help and support.
The Covid-19 pandomic and the p6rsonal circumStan￿S
of the charity's director and Trustees has greatly affected
the charity's fundraising activities, along with the financial
pressures pla￿d on society generally due to cost-of-living
crisis.

years, the remaining trustees may only act to call a
meeting of the charity trustees, or appoint a new charity
trustee.
