A further amount of £200,000 was added to the Trust in October 2021 by Mark Fisher. In March 2023 Mark Fisher made an in-specie transfer of a number of investments into the Trust as detailed in the accounts. ## **Objectives and activities** The objects are for the benefit of the public to promote any purposes that are charitable according to the laws of England and Wales. ## **Achievements and performance** During the year covered by this report the Trustees resolved and paid £40,185 as listed in the accounts as uploaded to the Charity Commission’s record. At the point of preparing this report the Trustees are considering their options into projects. ## **Reserves** The charity has been endowed and obtains all of its income from the investment of that endowment. The Trustees have so far made no long term commitments that are likely to exceed their investment income. Even if they choose to do so in the future, that is likely to be conscious decision to commit capital resources to a particular project even if that meant that over time the charity’s resources were entirely spent. Accordingly, the Trustees do not consider it currently necessary to maintain any particular cash sum as reserves. ## **Declaration** The Trustees declare that they have approved the Trustees’ report above.
