HCBF hod the aMb￿On of opening a larger gym in a rn0￿ centrdl lttation. Late in 2020 a new site was
located and a long lease was granted on a unf( in Holmes Chapel. Work tomrnennced in earjy 2021 to refrt
the unitto create a spa¢ious. modem gym whith wll enable the foundation to achieve its obiectNe5. The
Eym was completed by May 2021 and offers accomodation for the amateur boxing dub, ¢ommunity boxlng
tlasses and bespoke classes for local organisations to help wrth mental health and wellbeing. It aL%o offers
Spa￿ forfuture developments in supporttng teaching ¢yJtside the dassroom.
Reserves Pollcr.
The foundatron does not have a reserves poliry. Any reseNes are forthe enhancement of the dub and rfs
members and reserves spend is declded by the trustees afterdiscussion with the dub re8ardinB thelr
priorities for the year.
Responstbilltles of the Trustee&"
The Charity's trustees are responsible fortheTrustees Annual Report and the financial ststements in
accordance wrth applicable law and United Kln8dom Accounting Standards (United knn8dom Generally
Accepted Accountin8 Pracdcel.
The Law appllcable to charitles In Et)8land and Wales requires the tnjstees to prepare flnanclal statements
for each flnancoal year whl¢h 8Ne a true and tsir ￿eW of the ststement of affalrs of the ¢haTtty and of the
Incoming resources and appllcatlon of charltyforthat perlod. In preparlng these financlal ststements, the
truste￿ are required to:

The tnjstees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records that disctose wtth reasonable accurdcy
