Creative Treaty is a charitable organisation that raises public awareness and understanding of human rights. We are non-political, with no political affiliation nor agenda. Our only aim is to empower individuals and communities on how they can exercise and enjoy their human rights.We humanise human rights and seek to make these laws and legislation easier to understand.

Objects: To Advance The Education Of The Public, In Particular But Not Exclusively Children And Young People, And To Promote Awareness To The Public In General About The Issues Relating To Human Rights, In Particular Through Creative Projects. To Promote Human Rights (as Set Out In The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights And Subsequent United Nations Conventions And Declarations) Throughout The World By All Or Any Of The Following Means:•monitoringabuses Of Human Rights;•obtainingredress For The Victims Of Human Rights Abuse;•relievingneed Among The Victims Of Human Rights Abuse;•researchinto Human Rights Issues;•providingtechnical Advice To Government And Others On Human Rights Matters;•contributingto The Sound Administration Of Human Rights Law;•commentingon Proposed Human Rights Legislation;•raisingawareness Of Human Rights Issues;•promotingpublic Support For Human Rights;•promotingrespect For Human Rights Among Individuals And Corporations;•internationaladvocacy Of Human Rights;•eliminatinginfringements Of Human Rights.in Furtherance Of That Object But Not Otherwise, The Trustees Shall Have Powerto Engage In Political Activity Provided That The Trustees Are Satisfied That The Proposed Activities Will Further The Purposes Of The Charity To An Extent Justified By The Resources Committed And The Activity Is Not The Dominant Means By Which The Charity Carries Out Its Objects.
