Governance Structure and Management

This is the first submission for Neuroharmony, registered as a CIO. During the COVID pandemic, as such there is very little activity, as denoted by the accounts.

Role of the Trustees

Named Trustees , all of whom have been in place since the formation of the Charity.

Changes to the Trustees is subject to a review and majority consensus by the Trustees.

Purpose Of Neuroharmony

The purpose of Neuroharmony is to support children and young people (and their families) with neurodiverse conditions such as autism, ADHD and anxiety. Neuroharmony provides both independent support for individuals’ specific needs and help negotiate routes to clinical diagnosis and educational and developmental support.

All services and support delivered by Neuroharmony meet one or all the Charitable aims and purposes.

This period enabled Neuroharmony to commence activities and services post Covid-19. During this time, the trajectory of demand for services and support increased. The number of free support and services amounted to circa 25% of the total support provided.

Neuroharmony is liaising with Adopt London South regarding the possibility of providing support to families of children with ADHD, Autism and Attachment difficulties.

Financial Review

Donations throughout the year of £29,000.

Income from paid services of £47,000.

Reserves Policy

A nominal amount of £20,000, noting that Neuroharmony has limited overheads, for example no premises.
