I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounls of the above
charity (Ihe Trusf) for the year ended
Responsibllitles and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 (Ihe Acr).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charty Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention (other than that disclosed below ") in connection with
the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material

The objects of Surplus to Supper are
bridglng the gap between food waste
and food poverty locally. We take good
quality surplus food from across the
food industry and distribute it to local
schools, charities and indlvlduals who
are in need by reason of ill health.

SORP reference
We have once again met the ever-
increasing needs of the community, we
have recruited more volunteers,
supported more frontline charities,
made more collections from
supemiarkets and distributed more
food. We have increased our storage
and cooking facilities and freezers and
chillers giving us the ability to reach
further into the community and meet the
challenges of food poverty.
