## Section D

**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year**

## Achievements and performance

Our academic results showed improvements with our examination results having a 100% pass rate.

We have set up a free funeral service within MMI for all the community to use regardless of their beliefs.

We arranged free Nikah (wedding) ceremonies, when wedding halls were no longer available for use due to the pandemic, all done with the people attending made aware of the COVID-19 measure in place and the numbers attending capped in accordance to the government guidelines.

Following Guidelines by the Government we have implemented disease spread preventions methods to ensure the safety of our community and congregation. This has resulted in zero infections being traced back to the charity.

We managed to educate the community on the risks of the COVID-19 epidemic on the BAME community and educated them to take measures including social distancing and taking the vaccine... etc. This resulted in zero COVID-19 deaths to our direct community/congregation.

We managed to help hundreds of people by delivering thousands of food packs to their doors. We helped top up the Clayton Baptist Church, with any extra food items they needed improving community relations with other faith organisations.

We distributed 200 iftari packs during Ramadhan and raised awareness on hunger.

We have motivated the community to come together during this very difficult time, helping others regardless of their beliefs.
