## **1. Chairman’s report of the year’s activities, achievements and setbacks** 

The chairman has opened the meeting and thanked the continued support and the hard work continually provided by the many volunteers and staff of the organisation. The chair also highlighted the new activities offered by Sudanese Community in Sandwell CIO in 2024 and how they benefited the community. He also noted how the services create a diverse group of clients who regularly attend the service.
