vulnerable situations who seek support and help. With limited resources,
we managed to support individuals during the financial period, we
distributed food to individuals and charities across the London borough of
Lewisham and offered free advice to those in need

Para 1.20 This year we raised a total of about £5,170.05 and
spent about £2,492.93 to provide support to the public
and support our members. We will continue to have as
our aim the vision of raising at least £10000 a year to
fulfill our charitable aims and objectives by meeting the
needs of people who are homeless and rough sleeping.
This objective is key to our success and we will
continue to go from strength to strength.

hopes to go into low-risk investment soon which will

Financial Review

Review of the charity’s financial
position at the end of the period
Para 1.21 we solely rely on membership monthly subscriptions
and generous donations by individual members and
were able to effectively spread out the funds to be
used in reaching out to as many people as possible.
The charity hope to holds investments primarily in low
risk business that will provide a relatively stable
stream of income throughout the year. The
performance of these investments will be in line with
expectations.
The trustees will use a risk management strategy to
examine the major strategic, operational, and financial
risks that the Charity faces and where possible,
systems will been implemented to mitigate those
risks and minimise the impact on the Charity should
those risks materialise.
Thereon to carry out an annual review of risks and act
accordingly. A key element is financial sustainability
and management of risk by a reserves policy to
ensure the retention of sufficient working capital.

Para 1.22 It is the policy of the organisation to maintain
unrestricted funds, which are the free reserves of the
charity at all levels that equate to approximately six
months of unrestricted expenditure. This provides
sufficient funds to cover management administration
and support costs and to respond to emergency
applications that may arise from time to time.
Unrestricted funds were maintained at this level
throughout the year.
