Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:1) For The Public Benefit To Promote Humane Behaviour Towards Cats By Providing Appropriate Care, Protection, Treatment And Security For Cats Which Are In Need Of Care And Attention By Reason Of Sickness, Maltreatment, Poor Circumstances Or Ill Usage And Rehoming Such Cats And To Educate The Public In Matters Pertaining To Responsible Cat Ownership And The Prevention Of Cruelty And Suffering Among Cats.2) The Relief Of Poverty By Providing Support To Persons Who Are Unable To Meet The Costs Of Veterinary Care For Their Cats Due To Economic Disadvantage.
