The objects of the CIO are to promote social inclusion for the public benefit by working with people in Southend on Sea and the surrounding area, who are, in particular, socially excluded on the grounds of their Summary of the objects of the ethnic origin, religion, belief or creed (in particular, members of the Tamil charity set out in its community) to relieve the needs of such people and assist them to governing document integrate into society.
