The trustees have due regard to the Charity Commissions guidance concerning public benefit 

To this end the trustees have supported and advised the Management Team concerning the professional establishment and daily running of the Community Hub, including Health and Safety, Inclusion. Covid Risk Assessments, Daily Health and Safety Risk Assessments, responsivities for maintenance and security of the building. 

**Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)** 

The trustees have also taken steps to ensure as far as is reasonably practicable the personal safety of staff and 

volunteers as they work in an area that is plagued by violent organised gangs. 

Activities delivered and developed during the period  to meet the objects of the constitution and the needs of the residents include: 

- Distributing thousands of items of food and essentials for those affected by the pandemic and for those who live in long term poverty 

- Emergency aid for those fleeing domestic abuse with nothing 

- Providing a safe space for those in danger from Domestic Abuse or from violent organised gangs 

- Delivering online and telephone support to those living in isolation during the pandemic. 

- Delivering on-line qualifications during the pandemic

The contribution to our activities by volunteers during the period have meant the difference in keeping families and individuals fed or them going without 

Our team of volunteers has increased by 50% and demonstrates the care and kindness of the local people

Ourt main achievement during the period is our speedy and sustained performance during the pandemic, supporting our community to survive this very difficult time   Increasing the number of volunteers, keeping morale high and performance high Responding at any time of the day and night to those families fleeing Domestic 

Abuse providing clothing, food, essentials, toys and baby products, providing emergency to families whose homes have been firebombed by former partners and/or the gangs 

Securing funding to allow is to carryout this work and remaining financially solvent. 

Organising and staffing out telephone and social media support for those living in social isolation 

Making and recieving referrals to statutory service when appropriate fo child and adult r safeguarding concerns, those displaying severe and mental health illness including suicidal thoughts and ideologies Supporting residents to make claims for Universal Credit and keeping them in food and essentials during the waiting time.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **DD / MM / YYYY** 31/03/202131 . **Responsibilities and** As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the **basis of report** accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of  the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. **Independent** [The charity’s gross income exceeded £250,000 and I am qualified to **examiner's statement** undertake the examination by being a qualified member of [insert name of applicable listed body]]. _Delete_ [ ] _if not applicable._ NOT APPLICABLE
