## **Trustees Annual Report** 

We have signed a lease now for a small area of land so have started to pay for public liability insurance on the land. We have still yet to complete on the main leases so still haven’t been able to start properly. Apart from the liability insurance and bank charges we have conserved funds for when we can start proper. We have held various meetings with the landowners representatives on site to discuss our plans in detail and they have been met with approval. We have subsequently seen draft leases for the entire land so hope to start soon. We have not done much fundraising during this period as that would be disingenuous until we have the leases in place and the lease of the land is required for most grant funding applications.
