Trustees Annual Report
We are still awafcing final signing of the lease for the land where we will be operating, so have
been un8ble to start work towards our charitable purposes. Contact with the18nd owner
remains positive and it isjust taking time to get through their solicitors.
We have collected a few small cash donations, and received £7000 from the land owner
towards our costs when we do start managing their land. We have taken public liability
insurance out as required by the terms of the lease, which over the entire term of the 10 year
lease will be approxifflately £SOOO. Monthly bank charges have eroded cash donations, but the
charity remains adequately funded for our current level of activity.
