The Charity is govcrncd by its constitution and is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation the only
voling members of which are its charity trustees. The Trustees are all appointed for an initial term of
three years by a resolution passed al a properly convened meeting of the charity trustees.
The Charity is managed and by the Trustees and thcre are no paid or voluntary staff members.

To fund and support purposes which are wholly and exclusively charitable according to the laws of
England and Wales.

Achievemellts and Performance
Funding of the Charity during this pcriod was provided by donations receivcd from Lompanics
Controlled by the Trustees.. Hcadland Weald Ltd £7,400 and Readystart Associates Ltd £6,180 and
Romshed Farni £2,400. Income of £48,070 from money market funds was reinvested into money
market fimds.
Donations were made to 7 registered charities tolalling £35,571

Financial Review
As at 31° March 2025. the Charity had reserves of £957,194 (2024 - £928,684) and a liability of NIL
(2024 - NIL)
In the period under review, the Trustees invested all the charity's reserves in money market funds
through LGT Wealth Management UK LLP.
