The Charity was established on the 14 April 2020 with charity number 1189051 and its registered
address is Romshed Courtyard, Underriver, Nr Sevenoaks, and Kent TN15 OSD. It is not known by
any other name.

The Charity is governed by its constitution and is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation the only
voting members of which are its charity trustees. The Trustees are all appointed for an initial term of
three years by a resolution passed at a properly convened meeting of the charity trustees.
The Charity is managed and run by the Truste￿ and th¢r¢ are no paid or voluntary staff members.

Funding of the Charity during this period wa5 provided by donations received from ¢ompanies
controlled by the Trustees.. Headland Weald Ltd £20.000 and Readystart Associates Ltd £11,540.
Income of £41.737 from money market funds was reinvested into money market funds.
Donations w¢r¢ made to 8 registered ¢harities totalling £35,808

As at 31, Mar¢h 2024, the Charity had reserves of £928.684 (2023 - £891,239) and a liability of NIL
(2023 - NIL)
tn the period under ￿vIeW, the Trustees invested all the charity's reserves in money markeA funds
through LGT Wealth Management UK LLP.
