## Directors Report 

Since establishing the charity during Covid, it has provided materials and specialist tooling to enable the building of a wooden coble (sailing boat) at Sunderland Maritime heritage ( Charity No 1089465). 

To date all income has come from Directors loans. 

The boat is progressing and when finished will be sold to finance further projects.
