**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF ADULTS EXPERIENCING MENTAL HEALTH DIFFICULTIES BY PROVIDING PEER GROUP SUPPORT TO ENCOURAGE SOCIAL INTERACTION AND BY PROVIDING ACTIVITIES AND EXPERIENCES TO IMPROVE WELLBEING AND INCREASE CONFIDENCE.

**Activities:** We help adults experiencing mental health difficulties by providing peer group support, encouraging social interaction and providing activities and experiences to improve wellbeing and increase confidence. We hold two friendly and inclusive sessions each week in Honiton where you can drop in, be with others and join in activities if you wish. Sessions are free. Phone support is also available.
