## **Objectives and Activities** 

The purpose of the Charity is the provision of pre school education in a Christian setting to the local community. 

The Charity was rated Good by OFSTED in its most recent inspection. 

The Charity made a profit during the year. The Majority of funding comes from the Local Authority for funded children. Additional hours are paid for by parents and carers. 

At the end of the year the Charity had a bank account reserve of  £56,258 

## **Structure Governance and Management** 

The Charity is governed by a Trust Deed. It is constituted as a CIO. It is administered by its Trustees.
