The Rotarv SutTmer Féte. hi51oricallv a mainslay of the summer programme in Swan8ge. was able
to take place again this year after the break caused by the COVID outbreak. Despile the day of Ihe
event being the hottest day of the whole surrttner. il went ahead and generated around £5,000.
Deceffiber 2022 was once agaill5 a very time. with four major a(thities taking pla￿ during
the month. Together these artivilies alone raised apPro￿elY £15,000. s13n1￿anIfy boosting the
fvnds available lo donate to good causes.
A Ilttle over £30.000 h85 been donated to chanties. sthools and other good causes during the
period. This included more than £7,000 donated to shelte￿)x, mainly lo help those affecled by the
earthquake in Tuthey and Syria.
Other s¥Jnfficant donations were made to the folkxying organisatKsns'.

a musical instmment.,
