OPN Annual Report 

The OPN online platform for the free and open dissemination of scientific research has proven to be difficult to develop. The charity’s trustees are all working on OPN on a part-time basis, and the COVID-19 pandemic has meant that progress has been limited over 2021 and 2022. 

The trustees will continue to develop OPN over 2023. There is a continued need for such a platform.
