## TRUSTEES' REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 DECEMBER 2021 (continued)

## Plans for the future

We continue to strengthen our relationship with the charities and people that we have already issued grants to, to establish if there are any future opportunities that fit within the purpose of Wilton Bradley Charitable Trust. We are also talking to a couple of local charities that provide both work experience opportunities and school holiday support to see if there are any areas suitable for us to support in the future.

We continue to develop our relationships to access those who are in need.

## Structure, Governance and Management

## Governing document

The governing document is the Wilton Bradley Charitable Trust Constitution adopted on 6 April 2020 which became recognised by the Charity Commission when the Trust was registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation on 6 April 2020.

I report to the Trustees on my examination of the accounts of Wilton Charitable Trust for the year ended 31 December 2021.

## **Responsibilities and basis of report**

As the Charity Trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (‘the Act’).
