It is governed by constitution adopted on 6 April 2021, The executive Committee is responsible to run the charity hr general control and management. The execLrtive committee will meet every two months, it will be responsible for all decision in running the charity, community facility and other Activttie5 which is provided by charity. Ob-ectlve and alm The object of charity is To advance the religion of Islam by means of, but not exclusively. To arrange or help in the provision of facility in the following area. Marriage, Buria15 services Islamic worship Islamic Education Celebration of Islamic festwal. Hiring Hall to the community. Football and other games providing to children. Gathering monthly basis and invite scholar. In accordance with teaching of The Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammed (Peace be Upon Him.} as Interpreted by the Sunni Deobandi School of thought Burials. Islamic Worship. Statement of Publlc Benefft. The trustees confirm that they are compliance with duties regarding the guidance on public benefit by the charity commission in exercising they powers and duty. The public benefit of the charity's attivities is outlined under IObjective5 and activttie51 above. Achievements and Performance

The Mosque provide programmes of prayers and celebration which are the key event5 in Islamic calendor, this benefits to all in the community and its open to anyone. It also provides congregational Prayers, Friday Sermons and Eid Prayers. Learned scholars are invited to provide different programme throughout the year, a special classes are run for the Islamic education for children who seek become Hafiz/ Aaalim. Trustees are pleased to report the charity funeral service5 during Covid was a great benefit to the local community. Finan<lal Revlew. The charity source of incorne is donation, investment income and hiring of the hall. Total receipts on ordinary unrestricted fund5 were £145,834. The charity is thankful to have volunteers who are involved day to day actwities of the mosque and encourage people to help with activities which is need by community. Covld 19 Im Like lot of other organisation government guidance from 16 March 2020 were followed to minimise the risk to public, staff member and volunteers. Due Covid the revenues have declined significantly. The Trustees now hope with the relaxation of Covid rules will have a better impart on our finances. Risk Mana ement The trustees have a55essed the major risks to which the charity is exposed, in particular those related to the operations and finances of the project and are satislied those 5VStems are in place to mitigate our exposure to major risks. Gift Aid Birmingham Ar)juman-e- Islam masjid trust has applied for Gift and received £17,991.00 during 2025. New Commercial Pro 211B Birchfield Rd B19 ILL The trustees have purchased 211B Birchfield Road which wa5 a cornmercial property adjacent to Birmingham lame Masjid that previously operated as a funeral home. This property was purchased for £309,303 on 01 August 2024 and £35,O¢XI was spent towards renovation. To finance this property purchase donations and Karz-e-Ha5ana were raised from the community. A large donation of £192,065 was also received from one doner which was utilised to offset against Karz*-Hasana. The total outstanding Karz-e-Hasana as at 31st March 2025 15 £60,(KKI. This property has two storeys and the intention is to make 3 commercial rentsl units on the ground floor that tan generate income for the masjid and a large communal hall on the upper floor that will be an extension to the masjid and be able to acconimodate women for the first time for special events, lectures and gatherings. The charity has unrestricted reserve fvnd,. the aim is to have sufficient reserve in order to have flexibility to cover any differences of the donation received also adequate V￿rkIng capitsl which will allow them to respond quickly to the needs of the charity.
