cE￿ity Con)n]ission under charity DO. 1188915 on 6 ApIil 2020. It is gov¢rned by
constitution adopted on 6 April 2021,
Th¢ executive Committee is responsible to run the Charity for general Colltrol and
n]aDagement.
The executiv¢ con]n)itt¢¢ will meet every two tnonths. it will be responsible for all decision
in running the charity, comrnunity" facility" and other Activiti=es W￿¢￿ is provided by charity.
Ob'eetive aim
The object of clwity is
To advance the religion of Islam by means of, but not exclusively.

The trustees confirni that they are complianc¢ with duties rcgarding the guidance on public
benefit by th¢ Clwity commission in exercising they ￿werS and duty. The public benefit of
the charity's activities is ou(lined under (Objectives and activiries) above.
Aehievements and Performallee
The Mosque provide programmes of praye￿ and celebration which ar¢ the k¢y events in
Islamic cal¢ndar, this benefits to all in the community and its open to anyone. It also provides
congregational Prayers, Friday Sennons arld Eid Pray¢rs.

Learned scholars are invited to provide different programme throughout the year, a special
classes are run for the Islamic education foi chiIdren who seek become Ilafizl Aaalim.
Trustees pleased to report th¢ ¢harity funeral s¢rvic¢s during Covid w&s a great benefit to
the local communtty.

The clmrity source of incorne is donatioffj investment income and hiring of th¢ hall. Total
receipts on orditw unrestricted fuuds were £145.834.
The charity is thallkfi￿ to have volunteers who are involved da). to day activities of the
mosquc and encourage people to help with activities which is need by community.
Covid 19 aet
Like lot of other organisation government guidance from 16 March 2020 were followed to
minimise the risk to public. staff member and volunteets. Due Coiryd the rcvenu¢s hav¢
declined significantly. The Trustees now hope with the rel&xalion of Covid nlles will have a
better impact on our finances.

The trustees have assessed the major risks to which the charity is exposed, in particular those
related to the operations and finances of the project and are satisfied those systms are in
place to mitigate our exposure to ￿aJor risks.

during the y¢ar.

have flexibility to cover any differences of the donation received also adequate working

I report to the trustees on my examination of the a¢count$ of the above Charity ("the Trust.)
for the period ended 31 March 2024
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance wtth the requirements of the Chartties Act 2011 ('the Acr).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145
of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examinalion. I have followed all the applicable
Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5){b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my
attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any
