| Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole. |
Para 1.20 | The activities of the charity were severely hampered by the Pandemic in 2020. Despite these challenges, the charity has provided guidance and help to a number of individuals and funded legal advice to an autistic student who was unfairly excluded from university. The charity also conducted research into school exclusions and the unlawful “off- rolling” of students by schools using “Exclude-Rescind” tactics to avoid Governor oversight and appeal by students. A subsequent report was published by Justify called “Off-Rolling – Are schools rewriting history” which is available on our website |
