## Section D Achievements and performance

**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year**

Sufficient funds have been raised to allow the activities of the charity to continue.

Visits to Ghana by the trustees have not happened due to the Covid 19 Pandemic but our partners in Ghana have proved invaluable in keeping the projects running and identifying other projects.

Getting the active cooperation of the communities of Alavanyo Kpeme, Dzogbedze, Agome, Tafi Atome and Gbedema Kofi to help with the projects in their communities. (Community Action Ghana tries wherever possible to get the communities to contribute about 50% of the costs through work in kind and providing locally available materials.)

The website www.communityactionghana.org has been set up and is updated regularly.

Talks have been given to a the Leos (Junior section of the Lions Club) school in New Zealand over Zoom culminating in their fundraising for the successful exploratory geological survey of the possible site for a borehole in Gbedema Kofi.
