people continue to walt lo get h88rin9 aids, there ￿Main$ slow uptake of cochlear implants for adults and thèra is
limited publi¢ awareness of the slgnifunce of hearing for againg well. Drfficultie$ in accessing NHS audi0109y
services mèans that many potsrAe $tru99le wllh their he8ring and the impact of th1$ on th￿r home, and

Hear Together has continue(I to provide local support for aduhs lo manage th￿r hearing loss effec*vely
and ¢onT￿ent￿ so they can participate to their full potsnlial and live w811.
We have run 8 Hear2Help drop-in community c4inics every month., feedback has been excellent, and
we have had the support of volunteers lo help manage the numbers of people 8c¢es$ing their help
th hearing aids, batteries, tubing and more.
Our tearn has maintained links with local Audiology and has kepl Up-t￿date about équipmant and
accessoriès lo provide advice and support to tha adults who come our dinics.
Our 5ervi¢es are wel￿attended and recommended by the people who use them. Thgy have Provided ¥ source of
income to support Ihe delivery of our other services for deaf children and adults.

It is the policy of th¢ tharity that unrestricted funds which have nol been de8lgnaled for a specafic use should be

reserves at this level will ensure that, irs the event of a signrficanl drop in funding, they wll be able to continue the
charitys current actiwlies while Consideration is gwen to ways In which addit￿nal lunds may bg ro1$9d. Thls level
of reserves ha5 been maintsined throughout the year.
