Report The trustees present the annual report together with the financial statements of the Gharity for the year ended 31 March 2025. Objectives and aetivities The object of the chairity is the relief of children with complex needs, such as a severe disability, and their families, for the public benefit, by providing or assisting in the provision of specially adapted accommodation for a holiday or respite for them. The charity wll achieve this purpose by providing accommodation that will be modffied and furnished to meet the specific needs of the children in an area that has plenty of suitable activities. The main activity in the period was to Continue the adaptstion of the property in preparation for future use. Public benefft The charity's purpose is to provide relief to those in need by reason of disability. The provision is aimed at children with severe physical and mental disabilities and wll provide relief and respite for them and their families, which is for the public benefit. The trustees confim that they have complied with the requiremenls of section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to the public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission for England and Wales. Achievements and perforniance During the year the charity continued to improve and adapt the propety. The adaptation of the property needs to be completed before the children and their families will be allowed to visit and the purposes of the charrty can be fulfilled. The Completion of the work on the property is the current obj'ective of the charity. Financial review The accounts show the results for the year with net payments of £5,013 in the unrestricted fund and £4,692 total cash funds being held at the year end. Reswves policy The charity has a policy of maintaining sufficient reserves to enable the charity to meet, as a minimum, its operational costs for the next three months, which are estimated to be £2 000. The charity had eX￿sS reserves at the period end as funds are required to continue with the adaptation of the property. The reserves of the chanty are continually monitored and reviewed to ensure they are adequate to fulfil the objectives of the charity. Page 2

Report (continued) Structurè, governance and management Governing document The charty is a Charitable Inrnrporated Organisation (CIO) vthich was registered as charity on 31 March 2020. The CIO is govemed by its ConstrtLrtion which was adopted on 11 March 2020 by the trustees. Recruitment and appointment of trustees Trustees can be appointed by a resolution passed at a properfy convened meeting of the charity trustees. In selecting individuals for appointment as charity trustees, the charity trustees must have regard to the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the affective administration of the CIO. Responsibilitiès and basis of report As the charity trustees of Hale Specialist Accommodation For Families Wrth Disabled Children you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 {Ihe Act,). I report in respect of my examination of the Hale Specialist Accommodation For Families With Disabled Children's accounts carried out under sedion 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying OLrt my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145{5){b) of the Act. Independent examinerfs statement I have completed my examination.
