The Llandudno Museum and Gallery charity (1188826) is inactive. There have been no receipts or payments since its registration. It has no bank account
The charity is in the process of being established as a Community Interest Company with the aim of taking over governance responsibilities for the Museum from the Chardon Trust (217013). This has proved a lengthy process, but trustees have a priority that this is resolved in the near future
Trustees of the Chardon Trust also serve as trustees of the Llandudno Museum and Gallery Trust. For the sake of ease, trustees of one trust also serve as trustees of the other. Meetings of the two trusts are held concurrently. In practical terms, what affects one trust will also affect the other
