The members of Cheltenham Bridge Club (unincorporated association), in their Annual General Meeting held on 28 April 2021, voted to transfer the assets of Cheltenham Bridge Club, subject to the Club’s liabilities, to the charity and these were accepted by the charity trustees on the same date (which fell after the end of the period covered by this Report). On the same date, in accordance with the Constitution of the CIO, the first trustees of the charity resigned and new trustees were elected by the members of the CIO.
