**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN GHANA BY PROVIDING: GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED, AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION, BY PROVIDING FUNDS FOR SCHOOL FEES TO ENABLE CHILDREN WHOSE FAMILIES LACK FINANCIAL MEANS TO ATTEND SCHOOL.

**Activities:** Our primary activities will include working with children and young people in Ghana. The charity will work to prevent or relieve those living in poverty by providing grants, items and services to individuals in need, and in particular but not by way of limitation, by providing funds for school fees to enable children whose families lack financial means to attend school.
